A huge thanks to the people who made it possible for me to share these chapters with you, Miya and aa for assisting me in polishing my translations; Nat who only joined today but finished the typesets at godspeed (๑ÒωÓ๑) Also the other members Sarapyon, who did the fabulous editing&typesetting for the front cover as usual, invi and Shiruba who’ve been busy but have contributed to the previous chapters. It’s been a pleasure to work with these people!

And… this marks the end of the main ItsuSube translations ٩(θ‿θ)۶ I’ve ordered the comic book but won’t be seeing the physical copy until my Japanese friend brings it over for me in around June, so until then I can’t guarantee if I’ll be sharing any other scans but do support the book as well if you’ve enjoyed it!

There are still lots about ItsuSube that hasn’t been shared, and I plan to sub a series of Kaji going other radio programs as guest to talk about it, hopefully I’ll be able to get to them around the end of this year so do stay tuned on my YouTube channel

  1. This chapter concluded the short series with an exquisite touch – truly explaining what it means by ‘one day, everything will become your strength’.
There was so much more emotion Kaji could express in the simple line “What a beautiful sunrise…” precisely because he has witnessed that stunning sunrise in Angkor Wat, enabling him to convey a truly sincere feeling of awe in voice acting. This was a simple yet straightforward chapter to tell us that nothing we do is ‘useless’, even a casual vacation such as this can be beneficial depending on how we take it.
If you watch Kaji100, you’ll notice Kaji talking about how he loves visiting world heritage sites and historic ruins, and as it has been mentioned in this chapter, the reason is so that he can receive stimulation and inspiration from such places to input into his work. His passion for voice acting is immense.

Speaking of which, at the end of Kaji100’s Episode 6, there was a special feature of Kaji’s Birthday Event in 2017, and he shared with the audience a picture of ‘Kaji IN the tree’ (Fun fact: that picture was taken from this Cambodia trip) → not mentioned in the cut itself but he talked about it in another radio program at the time.
