Some of you may already know this but, the title itself is a phrase that played an extremely big role in Kaji’s life, serving as the very spark of his career.
It literally translates as:
”One day, everything will become your strength”
Just to give a brief background on Kaji’s younger days, he was a child that loved to give his all towards a goal. Once he had set his eyes on an ambition, he would spend all his time and effort in trying to achieve it.
When he aspired to be a soccer player, he would be kicking the ball all day; when he aspired to be a mangaka, he would be drawing all day; when he aspired to be a scientist, a science encyclopedia is all he would be reading.
He was an extreme child who loved working towards a dream, yet couldn’t be settled on a dream. Until one day, when he encountered these words by a voice actor:
“Being a voice actor means that no matter what you pour your heart and soul into, someday, those efforts will surely return to you as your strength!”
Upon receiving those words, he decided that it was his calling as someone who loves to pour all his heart and soul into everything to be a voice actor.
Sure enough, now as he reflects on his own career, this was the dream job that allowed him to live the lives of a soccer player, a scientist, and everything else that he has ever wanted to be.
